Independence

Oakmead Finance is independent of lenders. We work across a broad panel of UK banks, challenger lenders and specialist funders.

That gives us the freedom to recommend funding based on suitability and sustainability, not what fits within a single lender's credit policy. Where appropriate, we coordinate multiple lenders to deliver well-structured facilities.

Working with Professional Advisers

We regularly work alongside corporate finance advisers, accountants and solicitors as part of wider transaction teams.

Our role is debt advisory and lender engagement. We work to the agreed transaction strategy and timetable, with responsibilities clearly defined between the parties.
